Just dropping a quick tip here to help you to not just land traffic but the type of traffic that converts.
#hashtags or a word with the # number Symbol ahead of it acts as a hyperlink to other related posts and content. Popular tags drive a lot of traffic as well as make it easier for Google and other search engines to tell what content is relevant and related.

Using a popular tag that does not relate to your content is a form of SPAM, hurts the rank, and will penalize your posts. So be sure to use related links only when making hashtags. Also using a custom #myownterms type tag in a post or post signature can tie your content together making it easier for other members to view more than one of your posts at a time.
