There has to be a solution to bullying in public schools. It has gotten so bad that even in a rural farm high school like my middle son attends one of his best friends was caught bringing a gun to school to try and scare a group of kids who have been bullying him. He is now at 16 likely to be tried as an adult on at least the firearms charge and may have permanently impacted the rest of his life in an act not of anger but of fear.
