As the Strategic Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing leads through the entire sales pipeline, from initial contact to closing deals selling our software products. Your role will involve identifying potential clients using our proven lead generation system, as well as generating new business opportunities for our range of software products. You can earn generous commissions and lifetime residuals for many of the products we offer.
Responsibilities:
Master GoHighlevel and NowSite, our cutting-edge sales and lead generation tools, to efficiently manage all sales activities. (experience on these platforms is a bonus, but not required)
Develop a comprehensive list of potential client businesses and orchestrate the entire sales cycle, showcasing your ability to generate your own leads for bonus points.
Deliver compelling and engaging software demos that leave prospects feeling like they're walking the red carpet at the Oscars.
Effectively communicate the value and benefits of our software bundles to prospective clients.
Collaborate closely with teams across the company to ensure that the promises made during the sales process are seamlessly translated into successful outcomes.
Maintain an in-depth understanding of our competitors and devise strategies to position Solveres as the shining star in the market.
Consistently achieve and surpass sales targets, setting new benchmarks for success.
Compensation Benefits:
In your first year, you may expect to earn an average of $70,000 to $130,000+ with uncapped commissions, rewarding your exceptional performance. (No base salary is included, commissions only)

Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience in a similar industry, demonstrating your expertise and track record of success.
Previous experience in SaaS business sales is highly advantageous and will be considered a valuable asset.
Proven leadership skills with at least 3 years of experience leading cross-functional teams, showcasing your ability to inspire and guide others.
Proficiency in business software solutions, business marketing, lead generation, and building executive relationships to effectively serve our accounts.
Skilled in delivering persuasive presentations to various stakeholders, including Presidents, business owners, C-level executives, and decision makers.
Analytical mindset with a creative and effective problem-solving approach, enabling you to navigate complex situations and achieve desired outcomes.
Demonstrated history of consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals within a single organization, highlighting your results-driven nature.
Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, allowing you to articulate complex concepts and build rapport with clients.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
