Day 15 on the Bio-active Multivitamins and day 5 on the Lean 8 Supplement, will weigh myself in 2 days at Wal-Mart, needing to get a scale big enough for me at home to make sure weigh-ins are accurate. My wife ordered 3 products today and I ordered the Magnesium product to aid with my nerve pain and muscle cramps. Also, today will be my 3rd 1/2 mile walk. I will be expanding my walks about once every 2 weeks to help bring down the weight and tone up some flab. My breathing and heart health are a major concern with walks is why such short distances. Time to really kick this in high gear though I am tired of being tired.
